Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India through trusted logistics partners. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines generally range between 3–7 business days depending on the destination, courier availability, and operational conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Kann Kann Shuddhi shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts by our logistics partner, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Re-dispatch requests may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share photographs, videos, and your order details for verification. Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate resolution.
