Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Kann Kann Shuddhi reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, pricing errors, misuse of promotional offers, or violations of our website terms and conditions.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of food and wellness products, we maintain a strict no-return policy.

Replacement requests will only be considered if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • An incorrect product is delivered.
  • Any item is missing from the order.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, an unboxing video, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for approved cancellations and verified replacement cases.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Banking timelines may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue continues, contact us at care@kannkannshuddhi.com.

Shipping for Approved Replacements

For products confirmed as damaged during transit or delivery, Kann Kann Shuddhi will bear the applicable shipping costs for replacement shipments.
